Andalusia and Catalonia are leading, at this moment at least, the impulse of personalized medicine in Spain, according to the study Customized medicine of precision in Spain: a map of communities, which was presented this Wednesday and is based in the consultation of the autonomic plans and surveys to specialists (researchers and representatives of the Administration).

Accurate and personalized medicine is a broad concept that refers to the diagnosis and selection of treatments through genetics and other data. But it is not something of the future, but it is here.
