Scientists from the GCAT project were selected for an oral presentation in the IV Conference of the National Biobanks Network in Madrid, Spain
The talk was on "Developement and implementation of a web-based tool for the collection and follow-up of data en genomic e-epidemiology"
The GCAT Project is developing a recruiting and follow-up tool using specific web technologies to develop the GCAT cohort (e-GCAT) and integrate it into public resources available for genomic research (GCATbiobank.org). The e-GCAT tool has been built-up and adapted from the ONYX project, an open-source system created by the P3G consortium.
