RESULTS AND STATISTICS OF THE HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT STUDY
The HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT study consists of an exposure questionnaire about lifestyle habits. From the participants' answers we can extract information about the exposure to which they are subjected. It is divided into the following main categories.
- Mobility
The type and time of transport influences the environmental footprint of each person. The pollution of cities has a big effect on the health of people and the transport is the major cause of pollution.

There are multiple benefits of using green and blue spaces to the people's health.

The type and amount of water consumed reflect exposure to poisons (chemicals and microplastics) that have a global effect to health.

- Sleep quality
Sleeping is an activity that is needed to restore the physical and psychological balance. Sleep quality is affected by night exposure to light and noise.

Exposure to blue light is associated with an increase of the risk to certain diseases such as breast and prostate cancer.
